Poor Stay

The hotel room was very small, the air conditioning wasn't working, the TV wasn't working either, and there were no facilities like lunch or breakfast. They served poha for breakfast, which was absolutely terrible. The hotel services were not good at all. There weren't even any glasses for drinking water in the room.

the people at the stay charged us additional amount of money for early check in. we had called and clarified before for early check in if possible. they did not mention an additional fee and charged us on the check out day
