    Cons. The paint in some parts of the rooms are patchy and looks a bit dirty. The geyser in the bathroom is covered with cobweb. The utensils in the kitchen like the tea strainer is very dirty. The water filter is dirty too. The curtain in one of rooms is falling apart on the top. As soon as we entered there was a strange musty smell in the flat. Pros. The bed is comfortable and ac works fine. Overall the stay is okay.
