Review Of Orchard valley resort

Rooms are very spacious and clean the problem is there is no restaurant in the property and hotels are 15 mins away from property how ever food is being arranged from restaurants by the hotel management

Everything is good and enjoyed a lot.

Stay at orchard valley was amazing. If you want to experience staying close to nature, this is one. The staff were very friendly and gave us a homely experience. Raja and mariappan, you guys rock!

Place is situated in a scenic location, but needs more man power and services. Make sure you have a vehicle, phone connectivity is an issue, food preparation okay.

The location was good, the service was good, room was clean

Rooms look pretty. But there's nothing more. Leaking ac, no toiletries, no complementary breakfast, food is terrible anyway, no bar, no access to swimming pool after 6pm. Above everything they have a curfew. Hotel closes by 10pm. No residents are allowed to go out or come in. Resort or hostel!

The rooms were very dirty. The bathroom tap was broken. There were full of dogs just outside the door which was very annoying. Not all worth the money. The swimming pool was full of dust. Overall very poor maintenance that’s why tier were no guest in the resort.

Nothing that has been advertised is available in the property no restaurant no coffee shop no dining area termites in the toilets no refrigerator all in all a forgettable nightmarish experience staying here. Absolute scam.

I like this resort and. Safety also good and location is in senkottai and also they arranged the outside food, border kadai parota they arranged. And 7 km away from kutrolam but many private falls are nearby, they will arrange the jeep for rs 1500.

The location is very good. Who ever stays here should visit the private falls near by. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms size is Ok for family 4 member family. Additional beds are not provided.

The hotel located in Nice location and view of Gundar Dam was very good. Also, the private falls are nearby the resort. Rooms are maintained well and the only drawback is food and it's not available in the resort. But overall good experience and our family enjoyed a lot.

Probably one of the best places to stay in that locality a lot expensive for the price though

No doubt that Orchard Valley is a beautiful Resort for elderly families or young couples to spend an enjoyable time during their stay in this resort. Whereas the drawbacks in the resort are : (1)no proper food facility is available here which is the prime facility to be taken care of by the management to attrck more no.of tourist. (2). The staff available at present in the reception are not good enough & to handle the requirements of tourists as they are ill-mannered & working for their self-gratification. They don't want to disclose their name either to the tourists. For example..when I asked for the contact no. of Mr. Rohini P. Narayanan to place my displeasure, they refused to give his no. I would be happy if I am provided with his contact no. for future bookings.

Location was awesome, rooms are clean as in pictures. Outdoor play area was well maintained. Kids enjoyed a lot. Food was very bad, food delivery was very much delayed and not all the options in the menu were available. Rooms service was not professional. Location is not close to main falls, it takes 30 mins drive from there. But location is good for a scenic lovers. Overall a decent place, need to improve food and room service

Had a great day at Orchard Valley Resort. The ambience was really good. The Resort is situated just opposite to Guntar dam which gives an excellent and pleasant view. Its really a nice place to relax with. The service by the staffs was much better. Overall it was an awesome place to stay with.

Nice place and room to spend the holiday. Need to improve the service for dining and the services available at hotel
