Review Of Om Desert Resort

Not maintained room tent and also not provides the services timely. Basic amenities were not available. Breakfast and food doesn't have cleanness. I made a humble request to make my trip team please dis-empanelment of this resort asap. Because it affects your brand values.

I can't rate this stay because we didn't even stay at this camp. On arrival near jaisalmer i got a call from the camp manager / owner that they don't allow only male group, so either they refund the booking amount or arrange some other camp nearby. But during the peak holiday time we didn't get any better option rather than accept their offer as they arranged another nearby camp, which is not up to the mark. Camps are not so well conditioned, arrangement was also so-so. If they don't allow only male groups then why should they accept our booking? & afterwards deny the booking on arrival? but on enquiry it had been found that only male groups were staying at their camps. So i suggest not to book this type of fraudulent camp. The experience was pathetic, only they provided the camel safari to compensate for the situation.

Stay is very nice and comfortable. Staffs are very cooperative. Tent rooms and washrooms are clean. Cultural program was also available in the evening. They will arrange a desert safari and other activities once you reach there with extra pay. Food can be more better. Good Stay, Recommended.👍👍

There was no one except us. Lot of things are not disclosed in the details of the package. It says all activities included but we were charged extra for jeep. Mr lovejeet was nice fellow and very cooperative and food was also decent.

The resort is located at the right place. We had a requirement for jain food and they provided decent tasting food during all the times. The camp has a good dj and also performers for the evening cultural programme. Mr. Singh was very helpful throughout and helped us get a vehicle back to jaisalmer city as well. It was a very good experience - camel safari was also included within the package. Worth visiting!

After exploring all the options, we are glad that finally we chose om desert resort for our stay over other, as the overall experience has been exceptional. We were upgraded to ac tents, so that was really helpful during afternoon. The tents are huge and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Due to the power backup, there is always electricity and availability of hot water. The staff is polite and always ready to fulfill all the requests. After camel safari, the experience of having tea on the dunes while watching sunset was just magical. The evening cultural program here is an authentic experience and a great opportunity to spend time with family. Coming to the food, there are many varieties offered during evening, dinner and also at the breakfast. All the dishes were pretty delicious and well cooked. Jeep safari is available at discounted prize and is a must to have experience. I would really like to thank everyone at om desert resort for creating great memories for us. Nothing that can be disliked. We found that advantageous, as the surroundings are peaceful and do not get disturbingly loud during the cultural program.

Perfect location if you want to experience a real luxurious rajasthani culture and traditions, this is the location i personally liked. The tents are real, and designed to give perfect feeling i love it, i stayed in royal ac tent, good feeling i have, you can watch sunrise from camp. I started my good day there. In night also good place. I liked dans with all other family i just want to say i in-joyed the 5 star location.

The decorations of the camp is cool. The tents include a clean bathroom and bedroom whit a lot of style. The food is delicious. In the evening there is a cultural program. I enjoys sitting under the stars on a Full Moon 🤩🤩 whit cultural music and nice people. For the sunset I could go to the sand dunes on a camel and enjoy a cup of Chai. On the next day I could ride a horse in the middle of the camp.

It was great stay here. Beautiful place. Lovely rooms and the surrounding of the resort is lovely. Resort manager was very helpful and has given very good service. I would definitely recommend stay here. Camel safari in the evening was too good followed by morning jeep safari. Food was tasty and cultural evening program-me along with camp fire was wonderdul. Will like to visit again

Overall very good service, they treat everyone very well. You get awesome room, stay location with AC, hot water, clean washrooms. Free Snacks anytime, free breakfast, unlimited tea, milk without any charges. Nice food, dance entertainment. Free camel ride. You can get jeep safari at cost. Manager Mr. Singh are the main ones to connect every point, they can arrange everything and anything for you. I am usually very critical of many things, but this resort and service is very unique and unquestionably great

Had a wonderful experience.. as we reached there they welcomed us in a traditional way.. they provided the best camel n jeep safari for all the time.. Our tent was the most comfortable and huge.. Staff was super cooperative.. service was the best.. cultural night was well organized and it was great fun.. they gave complimentary dinner and breakfast n food was delicious. All camp site was well organized n maintained Even they arranged cab for our transportation to airport I totally loved it… highly recommendation for this place… totally worthy

Had a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and a luxurious stay, excellent quality of staff, in short, simply superb experience. It was a delight to witness such great hospitality. This one is definitely at the top of my list of best stays. Highly recommended. 5/5
