I recently stayed at one of the serviced apartments managed by Pranav for 3 days. The first two days were smooth — check-in was easy, the apartment was decent, and I had no complaints. Because of the good start, I extended my stay for one more day before checking out from the second day. Unfortunately, that’s when everything went downhill.
On the third day, there was complete confusion from the host’s side about my room. Pranav said he would confirm the new allotment but never did. Since I received no update, I went to rest, assuming I’d continue in the same room. Around 12:30 PM, the cleaning staff suddenly appeared and insisted I vacate immediately. I was with my girlfriend and simply requested 5 minutes to pack as I wasn’t even informed about a room change. Instead of cooperating, they began creating a scene, repeatedly asking if they could come inside and start cleaning while we were still packing — which felt extremely disrespectful and intrusive.
When I reached out to Pranav about this, his response was shockingly arrogant. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, he started humiliating me, saying they “handle people like us every day” and bragging about managing 50 other apartments. He even threatened to cancel my booking. Being injured at that time, I had to request him not to cancel it.
What could have been a pleasant stay turned into one of the most disappointing and humiliating experiences I’ve had. As a paying guest, I felt unvalued and disrespected. I strongly warn others not to book this property or deal with Pranav — no one deserves to be treated this way, no matter how much they pay.
