Worst ever i have booked whatever they have shown in picture was false portraits. Unhygienic, difficult to find location, no maintenance, broken pipes in bathroom, no care taker, dirty bed sheet, urinated quilts. Also they charged extra Rs 375 which was not mentioned anywhere.

First of all they haven’t mention the property location this property is in residential society named as Paras Tierea. Once you will do the full payment then only they will share you location and key details (from where you can collect the key). Stay was horrible ants were moving on bed tiles are broken bathroom is completely corroded (they will give excuse Homestays do not offers guest housing benefits. They r enjoyed as house of others and keeping right expectations, using the house as is). In the context of early check in they are charging 200 rs per hrs.

Excellent opportunity to befriend a few mosquitos, unless you are annoyed by them. TV viewing made easy by paying only Rs.150 per day, never heard of such special charges? Well, you probably haven't seen enough. A sweet struggle to match bathing temperature to your need, as the cold water flow trickles while hot water flow torrents. Makes you a good chemist to Chemist to mix and match. Cleanliness is okay for a homestay, but post your entry - it is entirely your responsibility; as caretaker - as well, who is that?

The space is nice and cozy, bedsheets and pillows are neat and clean. They also provide kitchen utensils, and tea spices. Has a grocery mart and other services nearby. Good choice for couples looking for value stay.

The property had water shortage. Cleaning was not also good. Short on staff and was also not polite

Pathetic hygiene conditions, bad old bedsheet, dust everywhere, bathroom is stinky, bath fitting is terrible, sofa is terrible bad condition, charge 375 rs extra for room cleaning, no cleaning. No guest is actually allowed by society security by this people running businesses in tower studios with out permission, They will key under shoe carpet in front of door, no one will receive u and guide, need to do everything at own, bedbugs, cockroach, fungus in utensil etc etc etc, terrible, horrible condition,

The stay was good, but the internet stopped working then after informing they recharged the internet. Electricity is not stable.

Pathetic experience of 2 nights stay. One of the outstandingly illogical thing i'm told is 1. Additional cleaning charges of rs. 375, is for providing a clean room when i check-in, and for cleaning the room after i check-out! not for cleaning rooms when i am staying. Really! who takes a dirty room on payment basis? who pays if you are cleaning for your next potential customer? 2. Crockeries were all dirty and completely wet 3. Bathroom knob is make-shift - with 2 people staying, how can one use the bathroom with faulty knob? 4. No foot mat for bathroom, had to be followed up for providing one so that the room doesn't get wet. 5. No heater/warmer provided even after asking 6. There is no shower but a tap near commode - which mean a separate mug should have been provided - which isn't there. Only one mug in the bathroom.

Rooms were very good and staff behaviour was nice

Pathetic experience. We selected the apartment inspite of poor reviews because our relatives stayed in the same society. We just used this apartment for leaving our luggage. However, every-time we came to take something from our luggage there was no power/electricity. It took more than 30 minutes each time to get the electricity back after complaining. In-spite of this they didn't have the decency to apologize. On the last day i requested to checkout 1 hour late. And they blatantly refused. They had no new bookings after mine, but still refused to let us stay 1 more hour. Remember the fact that we had lost more than an hour waiting in lobbies because of no electricity. On top of all this, their washroom doesn't have a bidet, and they charge 1000 rupees per day for using air conditioner. Stay away for your own good.

Food u have to order from outside. Not an issue. Tv was missing which is very necessary.

Overall stay was good. Peaceful and easily accessible location. Facilities were fine. But there was no privacy inside the property. Decent room with the basic facilities but proper cleanliness was not there. Securtiy arrangement was good.

Rooms were clean and good but the problem is with the staff there. The property is in a residential building and it seems there is a difference between the house owner and the property management staff. Breakfast options is there but only ready to eat stuff like breads, cornflakes etc. I think you can get a better deal with hotels in and Around that place. Parking is also a problem as they don't allow cars without stickers and guest parking is outside the property (market). Park your vehicle's on your own risk. Overall not satisfied with my decision to stay there.

It was a good property. Location was nice and comfortable to reach. Staff was friendly. Everything was good there. I didn't face any problem during the stay.
