Oasis is located in Pilani where one of the most renowned educational institutes of India- BITS, Pilani is situated. The connectivity of the Oasis and BITS is very communicable and the transport people are very co-operative and helpful. The quality of the room is very subtle and average given the price, but considering the remote location, Oasis offers all you need. The taste of food at in-house restaurant is subtle and can be improved. Quantity is enough for 2 people. Overall, the property location is quiet and peaceful and given the location, the price is optimum considering the labour and service cost.

The room was clean but irregularly shaped. The jaali trap in washroom was blocked leading to water clogging while taking bath. Overall 3/5.

Location, layout and hygiene score the best when it comes to short stays at Oasis resort, Pilani. The staff is indeed very cordial and happy to serve. It was a very pleasant stay. The adjoining restaurant (SAFFRON) serves fine cuisine so not much running around required in town for quality food

A property located by the roadside ample parking area.. maintained and one of the best property available in Pilani. They have suits which is reasonably well laid out. Other deluxe rooms are OK neat and clean.. responsive staff easy check in and check out. A veg restaurant available for food.

excellent hospitality. the best facility in pilani.. clean rooms… great food… friendly staff.. the one ofi (opportunity for improvement ) may be giving more training to staff in dealing with with exigencies.. love to stay again 👌👍👍👏

Clean and lovely place. Cordial staff and nanagement. The saffron restaurant serves delicious food. Overall it is excellent.

I found the place to be descent. In fact was not expecting that pilani would have a nice stay like your property, though room sizes appeared to be a bit small.

describes the deluxe room as 400 sq ft and executive room as 270 sq ft. There are both below 100 sq ft or at best 100. I was not hoping for or expecting much for a smaall town pilani hotel, but this really cheesed me off as i am okay with the price from a demand supply perspective the detail given deliberately wrongly i suspect from the hotel side The room rates are certainly not worth it either but unfortunately if there is no choice what to do. Very unclean place.

No room service, no tv, no wifi and also network issue, food price is very high. Totally service means zero.

Overall ambience and food were good, courteous staff and prompt service. However, rooms were not clean.

The deluxe room was too small for a family of 4 (3 adults and 1 child, room service was too bad, food was very mid. Cost of 5k is too much for that room. Doesn't offer room heater during winter.

It is nice place to stay with clean and safe environment. Though the restaurant part is not properly working. They have assured, it will work soon properly. Room service is best.
