The room are not cleaned properly, the room service boy are very unprofessional as they ring the bell and open the doors , they don’t even wait for reply from the customer. I have found worm in the bathroom and also seen to the hotel staff too .

Good maintain the room as clean and toilets also Bed sheets are not wash regularly. And almirah self also broken . Tap water not working in toilet

This property is really not able to part of makemy trip, room is too small, very bad smelling, providing towel even have big hole

good stay , but as per price it is not worth it with breakfast room is cosy but clean...mixed reactions 🍀

My stay with nu blue moon is excellent. They are humble and we experience great hospitality. They helped us in getting the directions for our travel. Food is great. Overall great experience.

Sorry will share a review. The room ambiance was quite nice. Good place to stay near jalan industrial complex. The room service was excellent and the people are so friendly. Food is awesome and won't bother your stomach, which is must for a traveller.
