As a repeat guest, I have always trusted your hotel for comfort and reliability. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. A two-hour power outage at midnight is unacceptable for a property of your reputation. Not only did this cause major discomfort, but it also raised serious safety concerns for guests.
It is very surprising that a hotel of your standard does not have adequate backup systems or a proper emergency plan in place. I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately, as such lapses directly compromise guest safety and erode trust in your brand.
I hope corrective measures will be taken without delay to ensure that such an incident never recurs.
