The property is located at a lane where no vehicles can go. It's a bit away from the road otherwise it's good

Near to main market, good hospitality and hygiene. Great terrace view with even or morning tea

It's a great place for budget friendly people

No hot water, no good food, no facilities

Rooms are not good find any other options

It was an OK experience to stay at the guest house and room service could have been better.
No proper room service and staff not available.

They have two hotels, the one we booked was in a remote area and the view was not extra ordinary as they claimed. So we decided to stay in the hotel that is situated in the market (Main Market, on Fort Road). Location: Awesome Service: Great. They tried their best. Food: Only veg food available with eggs. Cleanliness: Quite clean, but they don't clean rooms everyday if you don't ask for. Staffs: Only two people were there for service. We mostly travelled a lot and didn't need much of their service. But they were friendly and smiling. Extra Bed: They mentioned extra bed on internet but provided only a mattress to keep on floor and sleep. Which I didn't like at all.

Location is nearer to the market. Hotel is Average. Not professionally maintained. Breakfast is restricted to parantha & Bread. Food is Average. Check your Room before check - in. No Room Heater Facility.

Hosts were very humble and helpful . They planned our trip as per our travel plan . Although we booked the hotel for some dates and could not reach because flight was cancelled . They accommodated us for other dates without charging us extra . The driver they gave us was also very nice . The couple who owned the hotel were delightful people

Nezer view is a decent place to stay. It has good rooms but the service is a bit delayed. Its good for the amount you end up paying. Staff was a bit unresponsive in the sense of availability. No one was at the counter for quite some time. Apart from that the room and service was good.

Nezer View is a wonderful budget stay, especially in the winter. The host and hostess are very helpful, and the hotel is right down from the Old Market and a 10min car ride from the airport. Very convenient location and good facilities.

The hotel is situated strategically near the market and has a nice view from the terrace. We stayed there for three days and staff was very hospitable. Upon reaching the hotel, My wife had symptoms of mountain sickness, but the staff were polite and arranged every possible help and even took us to the hospital late one night. The only con would be that food is not available in the room service and you have to visit the nearby hotel in the same compound for dining. They can arrange for your itinerary as well at very reasonable rates. Looking forward to visit again, stay here again and enjoy.

Good location. Rooms are spacious with beautiful view. Only drawback is non veg food is not available in this guest house. Otherwise it is a good guest house for staying in Ladakh valley.

Awesome Experience at such a high altitude ... Visited Khardungla Changla .. And yes it will be good to mention that people of leh are best .. They are ready to help and also visited nubra valley and pangong tso .. One of the asias beautiful lake

Overall average guest house near main market location but food facility is not good. If you want reasonable hospitality services only for stay so you can choose this guest house. Guest house staff is very cooperative.

Very good experience with this hotel. Very neat and clean room with some Vally view. Room very near to market location but food option is very less. Basic facility is best. Tour sightseeing are some costly.

The service extended by Nezer view guest house is excellent. We enjoyed the stay here. The location is very near to all the tourist spot and you can access the central market with in two minutes from the hotel. Ajaj is a very cool and helping person.

Room were very spacious with all the basic amenities. Room heating facility was too good. Room service staff was very nice. Meals offered were of great taste. Also best thing about Nezer View is that it's situated very close to the local Leh market Overall a nice place to stay.

Nice place and accommodation .. The host is very well mannered and helpful. They can arrange trip plan for sightseeing ... Foods are also tasty .. Hot water available. During cold they arrange room heater ... Overall nice place for budget traveller.
