Poor Stay
The room i was provided is not at all cleaned and they didn't even provided me a bottle of water. All they have did giving hot water. Even they're not having power backup. Terrible experience!

Good Stay
I had nice experienced in your previous hotel. But small things i have observed which is not taken care of. After demanding the things they are supplying it means that either they are not knowing or they are ignoring. If you ask for soap towels they will give you. Afterwards they will say sorry. Next point is intertainment. Tv not when you then they will come n repair n start. Communication wise they are excellent. Otherwise they are ok. Hygienic wise ok. There service is good. As per my experience staff should be thoroughly briefed. That's all from my side. Thanks n to all your team. Keep it up.

Bed liners, bed sheets not changed
familyBed sheets and liners for the bed comforter have not changed, we have to yes after previous customer have used. Very dirty bed liners. Called the manager, he knowing the fact that the bedsheets are dirty he did not answer the phone.

Guest house
The guest house in good location. But the minimum requirement liking drinking water not provided in the room. There are lot of noices in the night due to overnight party which could have restricted.

Decent stay
familyThe property is quite decent for a short stay. I will start with all the good points, the management is friendly and helpful, wifi is available, great washrooms, lift is there. Defaults - lots of cockroaches, it really needs pest control, no kitchen in the building, no warm water availability to drink.
