I found this property location by cab and service was good, food items were available around that property. Overall it was good

The location of property was good and every famous places to explore was nearby. The hotel staff members were good, humble and polite in nature, helped us in every manner possible as we didn't understood the local language and even had difficulty in booking cab or bike.

Everything is good and support staff is also good. Ac is working fine and hot water also available.

It is spacious and reasonably clean, but r here was gap in the room 301, hence mosquitoes were there. The hotel didn't provide mosquito repellent. Pillow covers were changed after we told them they were dirty. The need to improve their services. Ps gap in the glass windows.

Mainly it is very near to Maddilapalem bus stop. The room interior and staff is very very comfortable and excellent. One should easy stay and happily go wherever.

Owner/manager is a friendly person. I guess management has never stayed in any good hotel before. Unclean linen. The owner/manager keeps on shouting at his staff. Ugly and noisy location. They purchase breakfast from ugly pavement side hawker.
