Review Of Nest residency

"I stayed here during my recent Tirupati visit. The room provided was clean and comfortable, but I faced issues with the bathroom. The bathroom cleanliness was not up to the mark and the buckets/cups were not properly cleaned. In the first room allotted, the water tap was not working properly. After informing the staff, I was shifted to another room for fresh-up, but unfortunately the water issue was the same. Finally, I was moved to a third room where things were manageable. Overall, the staff did respond to my complaints and tried to help, but the repeated issues with bathroom maintenance and water supply made the stay inconvenient. With better upkeep of bathrooms and regular checks of facilities, the experience could be much improved.

Rooms are not good. Lot of bed bugs. Money minded people & they don't care customers. Won't give any amenities.

Ac was not working. No towel. No soap. No water. Just a room. No ventilation. Not worth the money. Only advantage is very near to bus stand.

Good & clean rooms and good staff. Worth to stay. Needed some ventillations for the air oulet apart from it evrthing is fine

No need to depend on autos. Very near to bus top. Walked to the hotel with family in early morning. Safe. However, no proper ventilation. Cleanliness to be improved.

Room sizes are little small. Ac's are in working condition room service is ok. Though the road is narrow, have parking space for 3 to 4 cars. Hot water is continues

I booked the hotel by seeing the ratings and budget friendly. But the room is very ordinary with very little ventilation.

No facilities after you check in. No cloth hangers, no bathing stool. No drinking water provided in the room. No common refrigerator is provided to keep the self purchased water. No ro or purifier is there. No cleaning is done for three nights stay inspite of asking for the same in the morning and handing over keys. Yes, the bedsheets on very first day were clean. In the nutshell get the room booked and then forget services or customer care. Inspite of higher room charges.

Location is not good, area around is not good.

Room satisfaction for us as couple

Actual rate at hotel per room is rs. 999 only. But you charged me rs. 1500 per room. We felt booking thru you will be benefit. But we lost almost rs. 2000. I have the hotel tariff also. Stay was good. But tariff only problem

Property is located in a narrow street the room and the sheets were clean no qualms regarding bathroom upkeep either they did not provide towels. We paid for 3 guests but had to adjust ourselves in one king sized bed. No additional cot/mattress was provided despite repeated requests

Cleanliness was average. Room service pathetic. No ventilation. Washrooms do not have sprays working fully. No food facility.

01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the nest recidency. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues 04. The staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! 05. Took advantage of the downtown tirupathi to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. 06. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in location. The downtown area on main street is a best kept secret and the nest recidency offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

The residency is very poor hospitality, and no basic need to customer, no water bottle no wi -fi no towel no door mats

This hotel is below average, it has only advantage of proximity to bus stop.

Despite 3 request no one turned to clean room. Worst experience.
