Good ! Staff was cooperative especially Raj and Praveen!! Pleasent Stay! Sand dunes were amazing! Camel ride was very adventurous!

property is good. my recent stay i had a truly pleasent and satisfying experience, it connects you with nature. pool area is also nice. Resort staff are friendly and efficient. only drawback is road conditions which is around 3-4 km patch.

food is awesome.. resort rooms are great..service is best...but roads to reach from pushkar are bad & network issue.. other than is everything was great

The food and the resort in general is good. However there are some infrastructural issues that should be corrected like poor WiFi connection and seepage in room walls. The hospitality was great but I expected more from the premium price I had to pay.

Stay was nice, perfect place to spend a day with kids and family. Restaurant was also good, with staff being particularly helpful and courteous

Property is very well maintained with spacious rooms. I booked orchid villa first but later upgraded to Mudhouse which was worth every penny. Food can be improved a bit but was edible and worth the price given how remote the location is. Only thing concerning was local road to reach there.

This is a fantastic resort. Our rooms were very comfortable. The rooms was very clean. Service was fast and friendly. The resort has beautiful greenery and jambul tree around. it’s a lovely place.

1. **Remote Location & Accessibility Issues** The resort is located in a very remote area, and we faced multiple difficulties reaching it due to the negligence of the resort staff. On one occasion, the road was covered with debris and loose soil, making it extremely challenging for our car to pass through. On another, a resort truck got stuck, causing a major traffic jam that significantly disrupted our travel plans. 2. **Design Flaws in Nature Hut** We stayed in the Nature Hut, but unfortunately, its poor architectural design or air conditioning system caused serious issues. When we increased the AC temperature from 20°C to 26°C, condensation formed throughout the room — the floor and tabletops became wet, and the floor turned dangerously slippery, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe to stay. 3. **Non-functional Jacuzzi** The Jacuzzi was initially not working. Although the staff managed to get it started after considerable effort, we were unable to adjust any of the settings during use, which made the experience inconvenient and disappointing. 4. **Cleanliness & Hospitality** On a positive note, the resort was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The live music was a beautiful and soulful addition to our stay, creating a warm and relaxing ambiance.
