Terrible Stay

Really disappointing stay. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. The hosts invaded our privacy twice (once at night, once in the morning), started cleaning before checkout time, and even misplaced our bottles. even the food there is average, we had barbeque and it was undercooked Totally unprofessional and not worth booking. waste of money - please save your money while you still can

We're sorry to hear that your experience ultimately did not meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few of the points you mentioned for the benefit of future guests: Communication during your stay: We understand there were a few requests during your visit for assistance with lights and the TV. We always aim to respond promptly, and our records show our staff attended to your requests as quickly as possible. We do, however, remind all guests that opening locked doors is a security risk for everyone. Checkout time: Our check-out time is clearly communicated to all guests in order to prepare for the next arrival. We explained on the morning of your departure at 10:45 AM that we could not accommodate a late check-out. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused, but this is a standard policy we must follow. Cleaning during your stay: As a standard practice, we maintain the pool and outdoor areas daily. Our staff did not enter the house while you were present. Your privacy was respected

Excellent Stay

Very beautiful property with well maintained amenities (swimming pool, garden etc), rooms and living rooms. Worth the price! Surrounding is also very peaceful which makes the entire stay more enjoyable

Hidden security deposit charges

groupHe will ask you a security deposit of 5000 and deduct money from it while returning on things like wearing footwear inside the house. He sent us photos post our checkout that we have smoked and damaged his property, but once you have checked out, you will not have an option to validate. There are a lot of villas in this price range, go for them for a good experience.

groupA perfect escape! from the mouthwatering food to the sparkling pool, every detail was flawless. Impeccable cleanliness throughout, and the rooms and washrooms were top-notch. The staff's friendliness added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating staycation with friends or family.
