Worthless property and bad experience at the hotel, it took me two hours to convince the property owner to give three deluxe rooms, the food was pathetic and they served foul paneer. service was so pathetic. waste on money and time.

Never stay here

I stayed here for 1 night and booked tree house but all mentioned facilities were not available. Tree house lights were not working, tv and fridge also not working, water and other basic facilities like toiletries were not provided. No one also not available at reception, we need to call on their number every-time to ask for anything.

They were asking for 200rs just to warm the food. Breakfast was not good. Leakage in bathroom of tree house. They refused to give butter with paratha. Overall it was not a good experience.

The location was far from crouded areas and safety measures was not upto that mark but it was good enough

Does-not show the location of hotel in googlemap. No heater at room cold air comes through holes of door and window. Blanket was too slim and ask money by hotel for extra blanket terrible experience

The resort is amazing to spend a weekend with a great view. The staff was polite and hygienic. Food quality was good 👍. Overall experience was superb.

Great stay at hotel, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Washrooms are clean. The staff is understanding and cooperative. They will go beyond expectations to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Outstanding services from staff. Food was delicious. Can’t wait to return to this stay for peace. Also, just to mention the view from balcony is beautiful.

It is the most terrible, horrible, pathetic stay of my life. Not even a single point actually available at the property .

Firstly, it took us lot of time to locate the property as there was no location mentioned and they have mentioned 8 numbers of the property and we could only connect to one number and then they guided us to the property. Staff it is very poorly trained and they have no clue to greet their customers. Facility: we took a tree house for a day and it wasn't cleaned properly and the bathroom was in a mess as their sanitary ware were leaking and no repair work was ever done on it. There was no hot water. Linen: they were so much dirty and spoiled. As it was cold enough and we asked for extra blanket, they asked for the extra charge. Food: food quality was average and overly priced. When we asked for one onion (yes, only one) as a salad, they denied for it as they were not allowed to serve onion. How kiddish. For meal of 2, you end up paying 300-400 rupees and they denied for mere one onion (experienced this for the first time in my life. Recommendations: ovoid this hotel and still if you are adventurous enough to opt for this hotel, find a near by place for food. There is a restaurant called machan which serve amazing food.

The way property was build i am sure it was one of its kind but due to no maintenance it has just deteriorated with time. There are no laches in bathroom, bedsheet was torn, bathroom pipes were leaking. The boys who work there are nice but they are not trained professionals. Food is good.
