Staff is very cooperative no doubt but services in rooms are not good, they hv not provided basic things in washrooms, which should be placed in advance in roo, cleaning is not good

The hygiene left much to be desired. There was a bad smell after mopping, no toilette paper in bathroom. Bath gel instead of small sop packet to be used. The room had a landing step, meaning there was an alleviated square at the entrance and the room did not have a flat surface. We stumbled upon it twice, a dangerous engineering defect.

Pathetic experience. No electricity at al

Location was ok but no electricity and dirty blankets. Nobody was available for check out. It was very pathetic experience. Request people to avoid going there
