Property has run down a little bit from the last year. Restaurant was under renovation so no food. Breakfast was not ready in the morning. So we had to skip. As they were getting it from outside. The experience was very bad. Although the rooms were clean but the ac and fans were not working properly. There was lot of power cut due to which Ac had to be operated manually everytime. So whole night family was not able to sleep . Moreover the manager was not ready to respond to calls. So overall a bad experience

Air conditioning is good. Cleanliness of rooms need improvement. Found dust at corners. Cleanliness of bed and bedsheet were good. Washrooms floor needs better maintainance and hard water will spoil your hair. There are lot of unnecessary lighting in room but bed lamp is missing. Restaurant - breakfast quality is good at 4th floor open restaurant but hygiene needs to be improved. Staff needs good training to handle customers. Most of them dont know kannada which is disappointing.

Lock-less room at mys-pace chindanur comforts

familyI had booked elite room for 3 persons, arrived at 10. 30pm from a marriage reception and was given room no 202. The room was good and had a balcony, when i tried the balcony door, it was glass sliding door and both doors did not have locks. The doors were just opening by sliding both from inside and outside. When asked reception, they said it is no problem. How can i sleep in room with open balcony door from where anyone could walk in? i asked for another room and they said they don't have any. He just asked us to stay in the same room. I found another hotel and shifted. I had made full payment and did get a refund. Would never book through makemytrip again. Anyone booking this hotel don't take room no 202.

Modern, comfortable and value for money property

familyThe property is easily accessible as it's on main road. It was comfortable stay and good value for money. I stayed with my family. The room was spacious. The food was costly when portions are considered. The restaurant is mosern, having glass walls and located on top floor, from where we can have excellent view of the city. Restaurant staffs need to be properly trained as per hospitality business.
