Excellent Property, Poor Service

this place 2nd time stay under 2 month's totally 5 dayes stay all 5 days room tv not working. and after 6 time complaint hotel reception not respond

Excellent Stay
The cottage room was clean and had an amazing view. We just sat on the balcony, enjoyed the view and sang songs. I would definitely love to visit again.

Terrible Stay
Washroom not in proper and working condition not good hospitality asked couples of attended to provide table for dinner but no proper response

Average Stay
Location is one of the biggest advantage of property but service is average. Not advisable to book the meal (lunch/dinner) because quality and taste both are completely disappointing. I think evening crowds comes because of lake view and hence use the restaurant but that make the situation even worse as restaurant neither capable to maintain hygiene nor quality

poor service, cottage was dirty and broken. Breakfast was dry and tasteless. staff behaviour was decent.

Good Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a mixed bag. The *location* was truly superb, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. However, the *food* was not quite up to my expectations. While the hotel made an effort, the quality and taste didn't quite match the standards I was hoping for. On the other hand, the *staff service* was exceptional. The team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, while the hotel had its strengths and weaknesses, I appreciated the effort the staff put into making my stay pleasant. With some improvements in food and facilities, this hotel could truly shine. *Rating:* 3.5/5 stars *Recommendation:* If you're looking for a hotel with a great location and excellent staff service, this might be a good option. Million Dollar View in the heart of the City!
Rented 2 cottages. Rooms were nice except the AC won’t cool fast enough. Cottages are bigger room, they need 2 AC or the room needs insulation. Food was nice as well

Hut Experience
It was great stay as the hut was on hilltop. The view of Bada Talaab was mesmerising. The open restaurant was good as the weather was great.

Terrible Stay
It was a terrible experience. The staff is not sufficient. Room service keeps you waiting for hours. Food is worst. The electrical appliances seems from medieval times. The fan literally was about to fall in the night. Ruined all experience. The only good thing is view. I think all people have given the ratings on the baisi of view only otherwise it doesn't deserve even 1 star rating.
