Roomvery badocation room terrible exoerirnce

My experience has been horrible. I have regretted every day staying there. I had my mother and brother along and was new to city because of which i couldn't move. 1. The blankets had holes and were stinky 2. Not for even one day was our room cleaned 3. We were locked in a room and lights went off. We were stuck in a complete dark room for 1 hour with no help. 3. The door locks for anydoor doesn't work 4. The place is filled with mosquitos 5 staff is super rude and will not even provide for soaps / water / toothpaste 6. We never got clean bedsheet, towel, water for our entire stay duration. 7. Zero security. No guard the main door is always open which was super scary and unsafe. 8. No cleaning was done 9. Unhygienic place 10. A/c was non functional

Not at all safe for kids, no basic facilities like hot water, tv and washrooms are so dum. Its shows oven, fridge and etc but nothing were in the room. It has not been cleaned for ages and no covud safety measures. Very risky to satya in this place.

The location was so good and peaceful. The room was so comfortable, relaxing and clean. The caretaker was so good especially thanks to Mr. Sashant she was so nice and helpful. I really had a great experience with my friends at the property. Must recommend the property to others.

The service apartment isn't that great as showm in the pics, the facilities are pathetic, the pipes in the bathroom are clogged and no water pressure either in the shower or the normal faucet. In the middle of the night, there wasn't water and wasn't able to find any hotel staff to notify. A big disappointment for a stay in banjara side.

My stay at Mount rose service apartment was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious and very very comfortable. The staffs are very polite and responds to any call instantly. They clean the room and toilets every Alternate days and everything was perfect with our 10 days stay at Mount rose service apartment.

It is an apartment. Cleanliness and location is okay but food facility is not there.

The woolen bed sheets is not washed n is stinking not at all usable.
Wash the woolen bed sheet it is stinking very bad, not suitable for using.
