This is the worse hotel experience.
When i reached, there was no one at the hotel. Everyone was sleeping. When i tired to wake them up, they responded rudely as their sleep was spoiled. They do not allow to stay. They made me stand for 10 mins to verify. Their bathroom door doesn’t have a stopper to lock. Room service was pathetic. They did not provide tv remote, ac remote. Above all, after 4-5 hours of checking in, electricity went off. They do not have a generator backup. Very causal approach from the team there.

Average Stay
soloNot very comfortable. Hygiene is bad. The neatness is bad. The staff are okay kind of working. Bathroom utilities are terrible. They look ugly and not seen to be maintained properly. Not recommended for comfortable stay

Good stay at sanvaria regency
The rooms are good and the washrooms were clean. I got it at a good deal from mmt. The hotel staffs were cordial and helpful. Overall a good stay and can recommend the same to others.

About room and staff
Staff behaviour is good but room is average. Drinking water is not cold it's normal water bottle in summer, anyway the experience is good.

Dear Mr Milind , it was very unfortunate what happened with your And I think your expectations are too high with five star facilities by just paying 5 or 6 hundreds of rupees. There are many guests who have rated very high for the same star facilities and amenities for a mere amount. Anyway, we presume Guests are always right. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Pathetic behavior of staff
I checked in after 12am. Makemytrip allowed me to do the booking and when i reached hotel hotel staff didnot even came to the gate. They straight away denied the checkin vy saying all the rooms are booked. Pathetic experience. I would request people not to book this hotel.

Poor Stay
When the room is given to you, the working staff asks for money if then see that you are staying as couples. They stay in the room for a few minutes. If you deny, a bad expression is shown.
