Bed service room not satisfy not clean room.

Location and basic amenities are really very good. The room cleanliness and upkeep is also good. The staff is courteous and overall the place is worth the price. Location is in a bazaar so do not expect a room with a view but overall facilities are good enuff for a solo traveller

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Receptionist is not very warm and welcoming. No food and breakfast available

its a compact hotel, adequate location. how ever the hotel staff close the doors and lock it. then during night which makes checking out during the midnight or early morning difficult., for whixh we have to wake the staff up. bedheet was clean but blanket was old. and had lint. cleanliness could be better. ill give it 2/5 for cleanliness. rest is ok

Rooms were quite clean and neat no complain about it, also the service was good. Only thing is that receptionist should follow the booking rules and thoroughly understand the customer's booking criteria. He was arguing on the child age limit, as per MMT booking it is 12 but he was saying it is only 5. Apart from that no other issues.

The room was spacious and it was very clean. The washroom was good, however, the geyser wasn't working fine. The staff was very friendly. It was centrally located. I am happy with the facilities they provided. It was totally worth the amount paid.
