Hotel staff behaviour very rude and arrogant hotel did not provide any service when we call to reception and ask to service no one to answer when we ask her service like a pani bottle any other like then stop answer is i am only one so we can not filfull yet i am stay in 6 days but room cleaning only once time in 6 daysit happen when i ask many many of times then he clean a room

Small room, poor bedsheets, no ac cooling, washroom flush not working. Not even a water bottle given by hotel

Room is too small

First day i booked super deluxe room but they gave me normal deluxe room, 2nd day again they were giving the same, then i asked then they gave me super deluxe room but whatever they shown in picture was different from the real, when i asked they said that's not vacant and they have forgotten to update, so they ll update. But third day also they did the same. So whatever they show they ll not provide if u don't ask or they ll give excuses. Again they charged extra for early check-in. We travel a lot but never found this kind things in any place or in other states.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
