No hot water at 7.30am nd hotel not provide dentel kit no hand wash in bathroom nd toilet flush it's not working I call reception this request to room change but he is talking to no room available

No service, Bed smell in Room , Not properly cleaned! Breakfast not available at hotel , they provide by purchasing from other restaurant! Not At All considerable !!

I went there to drop my son at IRMA and this hotel offered me a pleasant stay. The location is very near to the college and the room was good. I would definitely prefer to stay here again whenever i will visit my sonat IRMA.

The property looked good from outside but was very bad from inside and If they don't have a kitchen then why did they add breakfast? washroom was very dirty seat no working properly bed was very dirty, there was an insect also

unprofessional Manager, No CP breakfast (included Package) , manager all time eat Gutka and tobaco, No Fan system in the room.

All the staff and management were too good with the customers. Hospitality and a comfortable stay was at its best.

rooms are big but not well maintained. tap was broken, hot water was not coming properly. cockroaches were everywhere. cleanliness was not upto mark

room ac make noise too much in room toothpaste and other things not provided I complained about everything to the reception counter but did not take it seriously

Room was not cleaned properly. Public hygeine is not proper. Can't explain. How terrible every where human hair spread all over the bed

Rooms were good. But morning staff was not attentive. Staff in the evening was good they solved all the issues. Room service was poor. Especially in the morning.

1 Very difficult to locate, and there is no board displayed, old hotel name display. 2 Parking place at basement Very small and extremely dirty. You have to park vehicle on the road without any guard or security. Receptionist eating mouthful Gutka and talking, you can understand how bad it feels, The first impression. Rooms OK, TV connections were disconnected and not working, In winter hit water was not available. overall, it's not a good experience.
