Breakfast option is limited and rooms are having lot of wear and tear and there is no lobby and lot of external noise is coming in rooms

It’s not money worth. Insufficient manpower for room service was the main reason for poor service. Quality of available man power was also very poor

Excellent location. Clean room & bathroom. Toiletries, clean towels were replaced regularly. A few hiccups like broken shower, pre-locked safe and malfunctioning electronic card door lock and absence of hand towels which were rectified promptly. So room was not checked before allotting the room. Housekeeping staff courteous and generally quick possibly because of off season as only few rooms were occupied. Ground floor 24 hours coffee shop excellent but the restaurant staff lacked training in service (inattentive- ordered fried eggs and omlatte was served-also had to explain to the guy how lime black tea is made) and hygiene was below par. Breakfast and other food below average in quality as well as the spread. A number of good restaurants are around and nearby. All in all, hotel h is one of the three decent options in anand.

The doors were broken and the locks were not getting locked. Room service was not done when i had asked for it
