we are newly married couple and booked this hotel to as we were travelling back from manali to uttarakhand, we reached there at 2 am and they didn’t let us checking as in out aadhaar card father name was not same and surname, we showed them our wedding invitation photo and wedding photos but still they made us wait and request for and hour. we could not cancel the stay as it was non refundable. terrible

Nice to have such place around here , where I has searching many application’s but found here on make my trip.

I ordered a vegetarian paratha from your restaurant, and i was extremely disappointed to find an egg shell on top of it. As a vegetarian, this not only violates my dietary preferences but has also caused me great distress, as it goes against my religious beliefs. I kindly request that you take immediate action to ensure that vegetarian orders are prepared with the utmost care and that no non-vegetarian ingredients are mixed in. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue

Hotel is maintained bybthe university providing Hotel management courses too, good hospitality and food

Very very beautiful hotel with very clean rooms and spacious restaurant. 10/10 in everything. Nice stay.

This is the only property in the location nearing to mmdu. The food quality and taste is very good. Overall the the stay was comfortable.

The staff was very courteous & polite. No doubt about it. But the pricing of the hotel is more , when seeing the amenities . The rooms need more maintenance. Inspite of the booking, the bathroom was not cleaned. Toiletries were not there. The dispensers were either missing or very little filled. So the prior preparation was not there. Toiletries were provided after asking. So ,I found the price more for the place . Food was fine

Average stay, average rooms, poor room service. Expensive for the level of stay and services.

Location: is wonderful food : v good. Amenities: seems to available but mostly not maintained. I was made to check in first at room 111. There most things were corrected after check in, however ac was not functioning. Later their maintenance told that it will have to be attended. Simply room condition was not maintained before check in. So they shifted me to another room !22. There again preparation were made after check in. However ac was working, but intercom not functional. Washroom door got stuck at night, which their maintenance person could not attend to. In all hotel has good facility but they are not been taken care as a result stay becomes less comfortable. For such a property.

The service was great and everything seems fine accept the internet connection (wifi) had a problem during our stay other than that everything is fine

The staff quality is not at par and food is really pathetic. The rooms are not well maintained and power backup is an issue

I booked a suite room, however the view from the suite was blocked by some stupid terrace. The room key card was not working, so i had to use the manual key. They don't have their own wi-fi, they are using mm university's hostel wi-fi, which is very frustrating to use as it logs you out every 10 minutes. It says they offer amenities such as bathrobes, press, hair dryers, laundry bags, but we were not offered all such things and when we ordered they said you can complaint to reception. Funny nobody is listening and passing the ball to each other. The food quality is not so good as well, because it's in a remote area, it is safe to order dal and roti. At this price no doubt it's a good stay, but if they are writing something for amenities, they should definitely offer that.

Everything was fine except didn't received food for dinner, intercom was not working and enquiring about the same at the reception they asked me to clear the order with the restaurant.

Rooms are good and spacious staff is cooperative breakfast need improvement can be better but overall experience was good

I went for a short stay, and checked in late. The formalities were done quick and the room was clean, hygienic and aesthetic. Due to my exam we also requested for late check out and the staff cooperated.

Ac wasn't working, complained thrice and they didn't have the same category room so they wanted me to adjust rooms were dirty, fridge in rooms wasn't working, sheets were stained, there was smell in the room i checked out 1 in night

It is the best property to stay in kaziranga. Excellent rooms and service. Food can be improved but they have a very good spread for breakfast buffets and a vast menu for room service as well. Very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene as well. I would specially recommend this place for families with kids as there is ample space to play with a play area as well. Also, you can directly book all safaris from the reception at the actual cost and they provide jeeps picking you up from the hotel itself. Overall me and my son had an amazing stay.

Rooms are spacious, food quality is nice, room service is up to the mark and quick, well mannered staff. Overall it was a nice experience there.
