Hotel room very bad smell and light cut 2 time ,bathroom also very bad condition and ac buttons and remote are not working properly they don,t give any drinking water ,left does not work propery

bad Hotel, very bad staff behaviour totally rude and arrogant receptionist, overcharged hefty amount of money, bad room conditions, dirty blanket and bedsheets total waste of money

Staff was below par and too arrogant. Demanded extra money also to proceed with the booking. Never consider this

No light in bathroom, no shop, no towel. But staff behaviour fine. This may be due to late check in i had checked in at 10pm

Rest was good except lighting and bed sheet was burnt from places. Food was really good specially thali.

Location is ok. Near bus stand, but rooms are dusty, bathrooms are not clean, cloths are in hygienic.

The room was neat n clean well behaved staff. Peaceful environment

We have found lists of issues. 1. Room cleaning not proper. 2. Dirty smell in wardrobe. 3. Tv not working 4. After many time requests they not provide towel. 5 more important things they upload wrong room photos.

The room was not clear blanket was smelling and not dental kit provided not eve towel also asked them but they reply towel is not available.

Hotelier denied for check in.

Bedsheets were not cleaned properly.

We are travelling to Punjab. We have to Chandigarh Airport that's why we stay their

No lift, no breakfast even it was included in the package, surrounding was horrible.

I had my breakfast also paid but they said you haven't placed the order for breakfast at the the time of booking but in my booking ticket it shows the free breakfast also but they didn't provide us and said you have to pay extra for breakfast.

This Hotel is suitable for Solo Travelers. Location is good near Ambala can't rely stand but don't expect any facilities in the room. Not advisable for families.

The room has a good service and the standard of the room is better. Too.

Hotel was good. They allow early check-ins, but the cleaning staff was not prompt and you have to call the Hotel personally to clean your room and washroom. Cleaning staff expects your favor in lieu of his duty. Rest all was fine.

Hotel is good for budget business class tourist, worth of money. Service is not prompt but still location is good. Station is in walking distance.
