There was no electricity, the whole night. It was not a good experience. Also breakfast is not worth at this price.

I travelled with my family and it was weekdays, so there is no buffet in the morning for breakfast which is not mentioned anywhere, only it was mentioned as buffet for breakfast. There was noise in my room at 4:00 am in the power supply where we have to place the card for power supply to the room and i reached out to receptionist during the incident and it was noisy which is disturbing the sleep and I requested him for alternate room which he denied saying there were no rooms. Note: only twp guests were staying in whole hotel which clearly shows no customer satisfaction and no worry about customer comfort.

A below average stay
I booked this property because it had a decent sized pool for adults and kids. However they were not maintained well and there were insects floating on the pool. The temperature was not maintained and it was too cold making it difficult to use the pool. The overall cleanliness of the property was below average. The photos put up on their website is very deceiving and it doesn't look the way they have advertised it.

Lovely rooms and view. Great location. Very helpful staff. They packed breakfast for me even though i left 2 hours before buffet opened.

Excellent Stay
Rooms are specious. Valley view from balcony is excellent. Food served was good but tsking longer time to serve. In complimentary breakfast there were no buffet. They were taking order according their fixed menu of 6/7 items and were serving late. Spread of breakfast should be much more comparing to the price they are charging

Property location and view is good . Pool was not working so i had to cancel 1 day stay out of 2 days stay. Breakfast is not that good

I enjoyed the stay here. Club room view was so nice. I didn't had breakfast there. They are communicating everything about food, room services, etc, only negative was swimming pool is under service maintenance

Poor Stay
coupleMany issues exist in the room we stayed (Valley View Room). 1. Water leakage in the room roof. 2) black coloured fungus growth seen in the bathroom. 3) Road to reach the hotel was very bad. 4) Always there was machine running sound heard in the room, might be from centralised water heater. 5) parking facility was not enough. Only 4 cars can park inside the hotel campus that too difficult.

Excellent view for the meridian hill top property location
The property location is excellent. The food and amenities also good but except restaurant service is poor

Disappointing service and deceptive photos
Please don't get fooled by the photos. I booked my stay and when i reached the hotel, i was disappointed with the room i was assigned. It was much much worse that what was displayed. When requested, they showed me another room of the same category on upper floor. I wanted to shift there, but they needed some time to make it ready. I kept waiting for more than an hour, but they didn't even start cleaning that room. I had to finally settle for what i was given initially as i couldn't wait anymore for that room to be ready. Now comes the other example of how poor the service was! i had ordered for a coffee in the evening through room service, but it never reached my room. But they had billed it while i was checking out the next day.

I travel-led with my 10 months old baby and to my surprise the whole property is empty and there is no mobile signal, very weak wifi and hardly you can see staffs. For every 10 minutes there is a power cut and on top the manager is so darn rude when i asked for 12 pm check out. Please don’t ever go with your family. Photos are deceiving, property is ultra poor. Property is still under construction, so don’t go

When we booked this property only for the largest swimming as mentioned but highly disappointed while checking in. But the manager compensated us by upgrading our room for same cost. Ambience is good, view from the master suite is beautiful.

Nice location and food
Nice location and food is excellent. Swimming pool was not utilised effectively due to the temperature, if it’s a warm pool it could be better. Overall it’s priced more than what it should be
