Poor food quality
Food quality is very poor. There are actually three villas in one place and you have to share common areas with them. Swimming pool is smalls o if you are looking for privacy then avoid it. They provided lunch at 3:00 pm. Food quaantity was less and not good. Location is good. Electricity is provblem. Its 13000- per villa of 3 bhk i think its expensive.

Delightful stay
The rooms were comfortable and the food was good. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. The beach is very close so that was advantage. Good place to unwind on a weekend.
