Hotel rooms and bathroom are not clean. Bad smell coming from bedsheets and towels. Location is good and hotel staff behavior is also good. In my opinion don't book this hotel as I think rooms are open only in Weekend

Poor place, full of mosquitoes and hence can't not open windows, very poor room layout. Only good part, place is quite calm.

Place is peaceful l to enjoy stay, surrounding is full of greenaries and plants, trees, so mosquitoes generally comes inside the room, layout is good facing east side to adjust the various nos of rooms.

Hotel room was very bad in condition. Tv off in condition, fan was heavy sound, water heater in off condition, toilet flush off condition. Very bad stay here.

Hotel rooms are clean, tv sometime off b cos its place is not receiving signal of dth. And sometime network issues. Gyser always on as per requirements.

Close to Akshi Beach but

Rooms clean but do not allow outside food. Hotel Lane is dark. Hotel provides dinner which is cooked around 5 pm and heated again at the time of dinner. Overall couple stay away.

It is found that some guests are not eating maharashtrane food which we provide, they need chinese and junk food which we do not provide, and some guests are brings food parcel from outside and eating on bed as they makes bedsheet dirty and throwing things as plastic bags on rooms floor not in dust bin which is not acceptable by us so we do not allow outside food to bring in hotel.

Location on Google map shown by MMT is totally wrong Room given had dirty water couldn't bolt the toilet door and same door got stuck and couldn't open, had to call for help, water was unclean Staff was helpful and they changed room, which was lot better than earlier, still this room was not having geyser facility so changed room in morning again for Bath and all Only positive was staff was helpful served nice breakfast and tea on time

Good Room & Lunch, dinner & Breakfast is very nice. If you have low budget then this could be your one of the option. It's 2 minutes away from Akshi beach. And 5 minutes away from Nagaon beach. Pollution and noise free area. Rooms are clean and every mentioned facility was provided.

The only thing best in this hotel is the humble behaviour of the host. Washrooms are very small. Location is average. Overall good value for money.

This is my 2nd visit in the same hotel, which is nearby Nagaon and Akshi beach. Hotel is clean and hygienic. Hospitality services were good. Idli, Poha and Tea was provided for breakfast which was delicious. Cheap and best hotel. Salty water in washroom was the only con. Overall the experience was good.

Feel like home stay in Alibaug. It is very near to Akshaya Beach and feel like home type. Good free breakfast and room also cool. Little more to improve. Location OK. Staff also OK. Group bookings OK to stay here.

Room was normal. You can say it value for money. Our main purpose for the trip was to relax on the beach and used hotel for minimum hours. Overall it was a good, go for this when other better options are not available
