Never stay at stay-vista properties. The staff of stay-vista is highly unprofessional, rude and money minded. Even after paying in lakhs for the property, the stay-vista people are continuously harassing for each and every thing. From basic tea to breakfast they are charging extremely high. We have stayed in many properties but this is the worst experience ever.

There were instances where maintenance issues were evident, such as worn-out carpets and flickering lights. Ensuring a well-maintained property would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. 2. *staff interaction: while some of the staff members were courteous and helpful, i encountered a few instances where the service was subpar. Consistency in staff behavior and training would create a more positive impression for guests. 3. *food quality: on one occasion, i was disappointed by the quality of the food provided. It did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and presentation. Improving the food offerings would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests like myself. 4. *professionalism of management: there was an incident where i found the interaction with the hotel manager to be unprofessional. Clear communication and professionalism are crucial, as they set the tone for the overall guest experience. I want to emphasize that my intention is not to criticize, but rather to offer constructive feedback to help you enhance the quality of your services. I believe that addressing these areas of concern could significantly elevate the reputation of stay vista and create a more positive environment for both guests and staff.
