Attendants not available, phone not working, no security at night

Average room , not spacious, toilet smells. Telephone , fridge not working in my room.

I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor . They went over and beyond to help make our stay . Breakfast was good . staff courtesy is very good.

location is well connected, food is good, amenities minimal and services limited. As a budget hotel it is well maintained and customer hospitality is good enough.

Make my trip cost me an extra rs. 1000

Very good staff. Ac was not working in the first room issued and they changed to another room. Stinky stinky toilet! single night stay for a bachelor is fine and good

Though the room was well maintained and also the staffs were bell behaved and trained. But the room ac condition was poor and also ac water is leaking inside the room. Even though both ac and fans were working we were boiling inside room

The bathrooms were stinking and house keeping did not come and clean even after informing.

Room was neat, but very small for the price paid. Location is far from city, can choose if you are not particular about location. Parking is vast. No assistance was there to take the luggage to the room, you are on your own. On demand, 2nd bath towel and dental kits were provided.

Very neat and clean property. It is at a very peaceful location around 10-11 kms away from city center. Kozhikode beach is around 30-35 mins away from the hotel. The beach is also very neat and beautiful. The staffs of the hotel are very cooperative. Special thanks to anoop and ashok. They have a very nice restaurant and the food is also very tasty.

The room was good and neat. Bathroom was also good. The air conditioner was of either low capacity or its efficiency was too low. Though the temperature is set 17°C, its cooling effect was very ineffective, like hotter than normal temperature. We family took 2 rooms, both the rooms were having same effect.

5. Mavoor regency staff was very cordial, the facilities were excellent, and matching any of the 3+ star hotels. It was a pleasant experience staying with mavoor regency.

Good room services and friendly behaviour from the staffs make us comfortable in seeking services. They arranged transportation to reach my destiny from there make this stay a confortable one. Very peaceful surroundings also. Highly recommended for comfortable stay.

I checked in around 10pm. The general manager mr. Anoop was extremely courteous and helpful with things i needed like the iron box and dental kit. The room has a freshness and adopts all the latest gadgets. Room was very clean. Air conditioning was in perfect working condition. Bed was extremely comfortable and i got a good night's sleep. it was a pleasant stay. even we can't reach in time they were tracking us through mobile and delivered excellent hospitality.

I stayed in this place for 2 days to attend an event. Pros : 1. Good location (near to main road and calm) 2. Spacious parking availability & parking within gated premises 3. Room and bathrooms are well maintained 4. Bar attached cons : 1. Breakfast starting only at 8. 30 am which is late for an early leaving residents who has work commitments. 2. Breakfast - no choice and served only what is available. (not a buffet) 3. Ordered from restaurant with specific ask (requested boneless), but delivered with bone-in, food is not great, lot of improvement needed. 4. Items in the menu, most of the items not available. 5. Since its a bar attached hotel noticed people going to bar also parking their vehicles in hotel restricted parking area and falling on other vehicles. 6. Most of the time, difficult to find anyone at the reception. 7. Far from city center overall, in my opinion parking and room is good rest all need lot of attention.
