Hotel mgt. team booked my room and continued extension to another client on the day of our arrival. At the desk we weight 2 hour but they don't even offer a glass of water. Poor Cleanness is also a major issue. In my 4 day stay they didn't change the bed sheet. In the room no any pot like glass , Jug available to drink water. Client wants at least average service.
