Worst experience of the stay. We booked 2 rooms per night from 28. 12. 2024 till 30. 12. 2024 (i. E 2 rooms for 2 nights. My train was expected to arrive at 11 p. M. On 28. 12. 2024. When we arrived at the hotel around 12 a. M, the caretaker informed us that there was no room available for the one night (i. E. 28. 12. 2024 night) and our booked rooms were allotted to someone else who booked the room through different booking apps. We immediately called the caretaker number provided by mmt/ manager. After heavy arguments at 2. 00 a. M, we were offered one service room to us and asked to adjust 4 people in one room for 1 night. At that moment of time, we were left with no other option, other than to just accept that service room at 2. 00 a. M. We also asked for refund of 1 room, since we 4 people were forced to adjust in one room, the hotel staff refused to give a refund. The hotel has totally spoiled our stay experience. Never recommend this hotel to anyone

We take all guest feedback very seriously but sir we received a lot booking during that a and due to technical error, some guest booked same room as you booked and the that guest arrived before you. We talked to the mmt and they said to give the room to that guest who arrived before you and also they said that they will manage somehow your booking. As per mmt we gave that room to other, at then we can't do anything. Sir this is technical problem, not our hotel fault. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
