It was really pathetic. The staff and owner were not at all co-operative. Wash room and toilet where not cleaned at all. They don’t accept that is not cleaned they argue by tell it is home stay. Please make sure check twice before to select your stay for these thing

This was the worst hotel experience. Jab hum pohche to owner was not at the location. Phir kuchh mess up ke karan hume humara kamra nahi mila to owner ne hume baaju wale hotel me shift kr diya and that hotel was even more pathetic. Day 2 pe hum iss hotel me shift huye, and it was supposed to be a home stay. naa hi proper mirror tha. no mineral water bottle provided. property is very far from gadaulia chowk.

1. Very helpful courteous owner. 2. Everything matches as described. 3. A big mirror could have been provided in vintage room. This was lacking.

The owner was very helpful and cooperative. However, the location of property is very bad. Cab can't access the property and the auto rickshaw people don't recognise the place. Overall, it was very very overpriced and not worth the money. However, the owner was quite helpful.

Stay was comfortable and mr. Ujjawal was cooperative n approachable for everything. As this is a home stay, food options from nearby restaurants are available.

Someone from the hotel asked me to cancel when i was about to reach the city. The reason they gave was short circuit. However, i had a hard time believing that excuse. Clearly, there was more to it than met the eye. Fortunately, mm t customer support executive saved the day by making alternative arrangement.

Stay was pleasant and enjoyed company of ujjwal. Room was clean and well organised specially washroom was clean and hygienic. Looking forward to visit again

This was really the best experience with this hotel. Very good service, clean room, manager was available at anytime we needed. I'm definitely going to recommend it to my family and friends. The best hotel.

Kashi dream stay is located in narrow lane, suitable only for bike. I was given a room which was in the parking area of a multi- story residential blog. I asked for a room on the top floor but they have only room. Room was newly painted which gave it a good look but with no ventilation at all, it was very suffocating inside. Smell in the room, coupled with dark co-loured bed covers, it made us so uneasy and uncomfortable that we vacated the room only after one night stay although we had booked it for 3 nights without getting any refund for remaining 2 nights. Entry to the room is very bad with old with dusty two wheelers parked around the entrance of the room.
