this property is very poor condition wifi doesn't work,T.v Doesn't work ac doesn't work, bedsheet not change day bye day staff behaviour is not good no drinking water can't be delivered when the online show on this site totally my experience is very poor

wifi is not working + Tv is also not working they charge for water bottle , monkey are coming on terrace which disturb the sleep.

Good location. Room basic but functional with a fan, ac, smart tv, wifi. Basic but functional washroom. Mr. Sushil aggarwal, who was taking care of the property, was a nice and helpful person. Only con was the road noise that was coming in the room because of the room being situated bang on the main road. I would recommend this place to travellers who are not looking for luxury but a functional stay in a central location of the city.

First of all the room was booked for my parents.No proper support was provided to them,asking for water & Tv remote no one has turned up.very bad experience with the property.They were always saying sending the remote but all has gone wasted. Not for family at all.

Worst experience, I was alloted room on first floor. Stair step was atleast of 11 inch, Toilet was dirty, Toilet was having stair of at least 10 inch. full of mosquito, sound of vehicle, Bed was not upto mark, Blanket was old and dirty. Geyser was not working, after complaint it was rectified. The price of this room should be maximum 500/- not more than that, should mention that the room is not for older person. There was no table in the room. Room door was broken.

The rooms are clean, staff is very polite and they have pets which are lovely.

Breakfast not available at this property this is scamming I’ll pay 150 extra for breakfast but his Denali otherwise room is average and location is good

Room was unclean no amenities nothing was available even the bedsheets blanket everything was so dirty smelling too bad room was full with mosquitos and spiders lizards it was pathetic

The room has mosquitos and mouses were there in the room, there was not a single peace of wall hanger to hang clothes neither in the room nor in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is good, but there were mouses in the hotel room which i have never experienced anything like it in whole of my life, and there was an ac shown in the picture. But when we went to the reception, he told that we have booked a room without ac. So we had to give him extra 400 rs, per day, and the fan is not above bed at all. So be careful if you are visiting during summer.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, rooms were renovated and good looking. The manager was very helpful and polite.

The property is located very close to sankat mochan temple and assi ghat, rooms were cleaned and staff was good.

Mu-hurt residency, varanasi isn't a proper maintain g hotel. Staffs behaviour of this hotel is so much rude and not cooperative with gustes. Untidy and low maintenance. Bathroom was dirty and smells also bad. Haven't a ac and if have then it's not work properly. Please don't promote this hotel on the app.
