The Triumph Hotel

Hotel was calm n clean both. Staff behaviour very good, but mix experience in fooding , some items were good but some very bad. Location also very good for passangers of Banaras railway station.

The hotel is located close to city center. That's the only good part about it. Room was not well maintained. There were just 2 small water bottles, whereas, all hotels give two 1 ltr bottles. The washroom had a dirty bucket. Staff couldn't help with that. In order to control the shower, you have to stand beneath the shower. This was a stupid plan by the designer. Hotel needs to improve. As i was very tired and also upset with the hotel, i didn't think of taking any pictures.

Good location, service was good, one thing i recommend try biriyani and mandi that was fabulous if you come banaras then you will go for this!

It was a nice stay with good ambience if you are come varanasi then you will book your staycation. Special thanks to mr. Dharmesh singh gm of the hotel he helped me to explore varanasi city.

Horribly managed property, reuse of linen, terrific washroom - non functional shower head, poor beds, horrible food, no options for breakfast, wrapped up 2 hours before. The staff was full of attitude and the un-hygienic kitchen we went outside all days for food and breakfast. It was really terrific and i regret the decision to book here, the stay was destroyed by their pathetic hospitality. Ye gal-ti no hogi dobaara! suggest all travel to look at other good alternatives nearby. There are few good one.

Facility was not good no hot water for bath. No room clean. Need to improve. Rest is fine and good fine

The stya was beyond my axpectation, an amazing trip it was. All staffs are well trained and were very attentive to their guests. Cleaning and maintainence was too good. Location was very prime. I would like to rate THE TRIUMPH HOTEL 5 out of 5

Furniture was broken not upto the mark no proper maintenance of bed and cleanness. Corridor was not clean.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Washroom was not clean, toilet seat was yellowish and i told many times and they said they will clean but they didn't and spider web also there, towel was not clean and sheet also too dirty. And no toilet paper

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing they went over and beyond to help make out stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for any one visiting downtown. Location is very good & restaurant food quality is also good.
