The location, room size, interiors, and overall services are up to the mark and met our expectations for a comfortable stay. However, the property is quite rigid with its checkout policy. We started receiving checkout reminder calls nearly two hours before the official checkout time, which felt unnecessarily pushy. When I requested just a one-hour extension, I was directed to contact their sales manager to inquire about the cost—something that could have been handled more smoothly at the front desk. A bit more flexibility and guest-friendly communication in this area would greatly improve the overall experience.

The property is centrally located, making it convenient for travel and local visits. The quality of interiors and amenities is adequate, though there is definite scope for improvement to enhance the overall look and feel. The air conditioning in the rooms works well, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the reception area just outside the rooms is non-air-conditioned, which may be uncomfortable in warmer weather. The size of the rooms and washrooms is compact but sufficient for a short stay. During our visit, the property was experiencing a staff shortage, but the receptionist, Jayram, went above and beyond to assist us. From room cleaning to arranging darshan and transportation, he handled everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. Jayram’s exceptional support made our stay much more comfortable, and I would gladly choose this property again, largely due to his helpful behavior. It's located in heart of the city, the property manager send me the location, as i reached there, they welcomed me in very good manner, all the things were too good, i highly recommend to stay in this property
