pleasant stay with family. staff behaviour is good & friendly nature. rooms are excellent. need little bit focus on cleaning. overall good experience.

No food and no other amenities.. the staff was rude to the request to allow 30 min extra time to checkout. So I had to checkout very early. There is no bell boy for any help. It’s a basic stay.

I stayed at Maple Comfort for 8 days and unfortunately, my experience turned into a nightmare. During my stay, my gold ring was stolen from my locked hotel room. When I asked the staff to show the CCTV footage and questioned them about the theft, they behaved very rudely. One staff member named Raghu kept dodging questions and appeared very suspicious, which only increased my concerns. Though the basic stay was otherwise fine, the safety of guests and their belongings is zero here. I was so scared after the incident that I constantly felt unsafe, wondering if there were hidden cameras or secret access points to the room. Being in an unknown city, I didn’t file a complaint immediately out of fear of what the staff might do, but I have filed an online FIR against the hotel since. This place is absolutely not trustworthy. I strongly do not recommend anyone to stay here. If you still choose to book, do not carry valuables with you and be ready to take full risk for your safety. The staff here is not just unprofessional but outright untrustworthy.

Room is nice and tidy but no telephone to call reception, which they will call ur bell for every small thing . especially the checkout intimation i got like 5 times . It was the only bothering part

Hotel location is in prime location . But very poor management they don’t respond to any complaints if you ask the front desk they will ask us to send email but no response from the management team so don’t expect from front desk team . After Check in for the first 2 days are ok then later there is no hot water for 3 days . After informing to the front desk they arranged a bucket of water for shower . They don’t compensate anything and also pest control is bad in the rooms.

Good location, good room no inhouse restaurant but plenty closeby. They do not change towels daily butservice is good

As it's a new property the room is looking good. Location is very accessible to rythu bazar and other food options Near by walkable distance. There was no parking and no lobby at all. The hotel starts from 1st floor. There was no breakfast also.

The room was really nice, though it’s a bit small but well decorated and maintained. The reception staff was really good and responded to our all the calls. They do not do room service if the guest doesn’t request to do so. If you need your room to be cleaned then you need to inform them and give your room card.

The room was good but the guy at the reception was very strange. He said they would do room service in the evening but the room had not been cleaned for 3 days. After checking out, when I reached the airport, he was calling me 10 for a 20 rupee spoon. He thought I had taken it home. 😔 Finally, I got angry and asked him how much money he had sent me. He ruined my entire picnic for 20 rupees. Then he sent me a scanner. 🤣 But I paid his 20 rupees on Google Pay. He was a very rude guy. I would say he was a very useless guy. I have been staying there for 6 days and I am very disappointed with the service. 😔

Maple Comfort hotel is so comfortable and Nice to stay here, Rooms are so beautiful and clean, well behaved staffs only one thing I missed here no food systems.

Good economical option in the city. Rooms are clean and spacious with all necessities. There is no food or beverage option available but online food orders are allowed in room.

It’s was really pleasant room with good respectful staff , I found best stay with affordable price.
