    Very decent hotel. Clean rooms, beddings, towels, toilets. Quite good in-house restaurant. Fantastic views of the Morning Star church and the Sacred Heart statue. The swimming pool is very enjoyable. Adequate car parking. Overall a nice stay.

    Avoid This Hotel at All Costs – Worst Hospitality Experience Ever! Staying at Manjhi Residency, Trichy was an absolute nightmare — and I wouldn’t wish this experience . From unhygienic conditions to appalling customer service, this so-called hotel fails on every front. The moment I entered the room, I was greeted with bedsheets, quilts, and pillow covers that were stained and looked like they hadn’t been changed in days. The towel provided smelled absolutely foul — enough to make anyone nauseous. The air conditioning system is bizarrely programmed to start only after 5 minutes of switching it on — which is unbearable in the scorching Trichy heat, especially when you return exhausted after temple visits. To make things worse, there's no centralized air conditioning, hot, suffocating, and completely uncomfortable. But the biggest shock was the lack of hospitality. The so-called Manager and the owner's son were not just unhelpful, but downright rude As a traveler from North India visiting Trichy for the first time, I politely requested assistance in finding a local cab driver or guide to visit the renowned temples, since most locals speak Tamil and communication can be a real challenge for outsiders. Their response? A flat-out refusal, with no courtesy or consideration. I’ve stayed in hotels across India — from budget lodges to five-star properties — and never encountered such dictatorial and disrespectful behavior. It’s clear that the management here doesn’t even know the H of Hospitality. Manjhi Residency lacks basic amenities I strongly urge fellow travelers: do not book this hotel, or any property associated with it. You’ll regret it.

    The room was good. But we have some suggestions. The room was dusty and the bed was also not comfortable to sleep. The cushion was good but it was not flat enough. The complementary food was delicious.

    Location was good. Parking facility was excellent. Room was quiet good. The problems I faced. 1) AC cooling was poor, 2)WIFi not connecting inside room. Room no 302 .3) Hot water was not coming 4)Service courtesy was not there neither to the re period staff nor to the room service team. I had informed to the reception team While checking out.

    Property was good with big car parking area..Room was good.. Concern was wash room clean but had bad Oder no fresh air fan..Air conditioning was not working properly.. They changed room but the 2nd room also had same problem with air conditioning..
