I have booked an executive suite with extra bed 1.The room they gave first was small.They gave a extra bed on the room floor. On demand they change to foldable bedcart. 2.shower was always pouring when tap diverter is opened. 3. Room was too small for executive suite. Asked for a room change.They gave.It was ok size.But intercom is not all working. the morning no water on the crucial time.after 15 min water came.it was too dirty ,since bottom water from watertank. 5.Already due to this,we were late to airport .Breakfast came late .so we couldnt have our breakfast also.They are getting the breakfast from out side.so they can only give after 8 am..there is no inhouse dining or kitchen.It further made our experoence bad. 6.rooms are next to tollgate bridge.morning vehicle noise came through windows

Very very worst, room value for only 1000 Extra bed is not clean room clean

I booked executive room 1 week before but hotel denied same and offered only smaller room. Worst hotel, worst staff and worst hotel owner. Do not book this hotel even if given 100% discount.

The stay was bad and they charges extra. At time of booking it was told twin beds i had to pay fr the twin beds

Room was average, sheets could have been more cleaner. There was no hot water. Property is located on the highway. Srirangam temple is 20mins away. Property has parking space infront of the building.

Fairly ok. But we had to face one difficulty as we were 3 adults. We booked for 3 adults in a standard room. We assumed another cot with bedding will be provided but we find that the bedding will be on floor only as this room is small. If this information is indicated while booking it would be beneficial to take suitable action by us by choosing bigger room or will take 2 stand rooms. Again provision of for hot water facility in bath room shud be improved

Rooms were comparatively smaller for a family and based on the price what they charged. We paid close to 4000 to 2 days where as rooms should have been little bigger. Parking max to 4 cars. More than that, you have to park on highway in front of hotel. Complimentary limited to only 1 water bottle a day & only soap. No other things.

On check in date they have provided one water bottle after that we had to extend due to business requirements, so that i have extended in makemytrip app, however hotel guys doesn't even notice the extension they did provide any bottle. So that i called reception and asked for water bottle and they said makemytrip app customer we don't provide water bottles, if you want you have pay for it. Water is not a wanted things this is basic needs and it shouldn't be charged to any human beings at-least the customer who booking the room in that building. We shocking experience.

We got good service room is good

No wifi during stay.

No hot water. Room had left over sprite bottle of previous guest. Staff aren't very friendly. Room cleanliness is average only. Located in good place.

There was a lot of suffocation in the room with stingy smell, rest all ok

it was a fantastic experience .

I booked a standard room after the arrival of the property they simply said, no standard room available. They charged extra.

Staff are very kind and helpful for us

. Room is not clean and also very shaby in maintenance. Pillow. Cover and bed cover were not washed. They. Are using. The same to multiple times. . Breakfast was not prepared at their place and brought from. Outside road side platform tempory place. . Treating as guest as stranger. . Totally. Very bad experience to us.

Hotel location is good no kitchen in the hotel but nearby restaurants are there

Must try, best place to stay, highly recommend to travelers, explore etc whenever i visit trichy i stay here only its cost free, economy etc

It was sudden plan, i never seen this much politeness from staffs, even i asked to wake me at 6am, they called me sharply on time, overall it's friendly atmosphere, best place to stay and roam trichy, neatly maintained bed and glamorous room. It's enough, if i stay again i share my review again, thank you

Need to renovate the rooms (tiles are fallen, shower not working, room smells bad, no breakfast (renovation)
