Has cctv coverage, grill in balcony and strong locks. Courteous staff. Good parking for car. Good location close to manipal. Kitchen, aquaguard, fridge, tv, ac, stove and locker available.

This is a hotel i stay at regularly. The rooms are clean. Toilet/bathroom are clean. The cleaning crew cleans everything everyday. Since this is covid time we thought of not going out side to eat. We prepared all the food inside and they had all the utensils to prepare food. You can ask for additional utensils of you want. Best hotel in manipal

The rooms and the lobby was cleaned extensively every day. The sheet were changed every alternate day. The dishes and the kitchen area were cleaned perfectly. The towels and sheets were clean and fresh. Had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in the center of the town. The area nearby is quiet and green. The surrounding and the premise was neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides great service!

If u want the comforts of a home while your are away from home head straight to this apartment hotel. Everything was good, only some minor maintenance issues and they need to provide soft towels. A good ambience, near to utility stores and restaurants. A nice stay
