very nice experience at the hotel Mango tree, Darbhanga rooms are very good staffs are also good.

I hv stayed in this hotel many times. This time it was horrible. Rooms had insects moving around on the floor. Room service was terrible. called at 7.30 am for tea. Told to call at 8 am. Called at 8 am placed the order for just 1 cup of tea. Ot did not come till 8.45 am. Called again and they seemed to be ignorant of the order. When I shouted, the person came with tea and when questioned said that milk was not there. Can you believe this. When informed the reception, I was told to complain to management as they are helpless

It was a very bad experience — they didn’t even allow us to check in. The receptionist spoke very rudely and said, “If you’re married, show your certificate.” Who carries a marriage certificate around while traveling? The receptionist was extremely rude and insensitive. Such behavior violates the basic principles of hospitality. I am considering reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities.

Mutton Rogan josh and plain rice best thing I had there second best thing was chicken manchow soup and chicken hot and sour soup, loved everything there.

There are not much comfortable stay...like... In bathroom water pressure was not proper.. In the room TV was not recharged, after the information given to the manager people was not taken any response & TV was not recharge... In the morning while Tea asks in the Room, they are saying come at Breakfast table, while I said I will pay for the Tea, please send it in the room, than also not agree to send in the room, I strongly complain it to reception than send the Tea in my room...

Food was really good, lack of etiquette’s among staffs specifically front office and Room service was bit slow in delivering.
