only the staff is good..provided the rooms were very poor.... bathroom furse needs to be changed....

Nice clean rooms, larger space, good for family and business stay.

Accomodation was ok with respect to other hotels of darbhanga. Staffs were quite friendly and provided good service. There was a problem in my room and immediately room was changed. But it took a long time of more than 45 mins in food delivery by room service. Location wise the hotel is quite far from main road n the road is very dirty.

Over price room tariff, normal room, tv not working, bed sheet not very clean, size of the room was big but no wardrobe.

All facilities are well.

In that price room facilities were not good toilets flush was not working properly their was stains on wall and blanket was not clean. Rest of all services were best

Hotel service is very good ane their staff is co operative hotel is well maintain and restaurant is very neat and clean and diet is very healthy

You won't get better than this in the entire town

Use digital thermometer to check the temperature. Sanitizer use is neccessary. Proper cleaning is necessary.

Visited Darbhanga after more than 15 years. On way to the destination, I had the old concept of a Dsrbhanfa hotel but was pleasantly surprised to enter a hotel equivalent to any good place in a metro town at this low price. The building is nice, interiors excellent and cleanliness up yo the mark.

Hotel location is very good. All the staff very good. Nice to stay here.

Stay at rama residency is pleasant, not faced any major issue. Room service staff knows nothing about service. And for payment card swapping facility is not available. And the approach road to the hotel is very dirty.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location as it is close to Medical College and rooms are clean. Price wise the non-ac rooms are a bit costly as to what they have to offer. Food and room service is average.
