hotel location can be easily found by map and both management team and staff were polite and helpful overall it was a great deal

Food quality was not good in the Hotel. Room service was also poor. There was no dustbin inside the room. Staff behaviour was good. I think price was high as compare to facility.

Hotel facilities not good. No shower available in bathroom. Water shortage at morning 1 hour. Bathroom condition rooms cubords filled with garages. Irritating sound by the fan and Ac. It was terrible experience. many hotels cheaper than this hotel. At this price

first of all staff are friendly and also polite. single rooms (non AC ) are average according to the price but I rates 5/5😃 because my check in time was 11:30 but ientered 08:45

Geyser was not working and staffs were rude. Better to look other hotels nearby to it.

It seemed hotel remains empty throughout the year as i could find dust everywhere from room to pathway. No cleaning at all. The bedsheet & pillow covers were in a dilapidated condition, there were stains on the bedsheet and no pillow cover on pillows. Further, there were no windows in the rooms, totally packed & devoid of fresh air. You don't get an intercom in the hotel room. Most problematic thing was the unruly behaviour shown by the person at the reception, he seemed to be interested in milking some extra money from me. However thanks to mm t customer support, he backed off once i complained to mm t people.

No restaurant facility and hygiene was pathetic. Room was not cleaned, in bathroom water was filthy
