No tea coffee pots available at room, also service of was in cups. They don't even a flask for customer, as per room charges more than 2500 - quality of room was not good

Hotel staff were uncooperative. Because i have booked hotel through make my trip. They also told me that they will cancel my booking, but after my request they allow me to stay.
