I was charged from AC in makemytrip. But later the owner gave me Non AC room. He didn't give us refund of amount. The bedsheet were so dirty and it wasn't washed. Fan had so much dust and had to literally clean myself. Should be removed from Makemytrip

Hotel is not at all good for family staying. Breakfast is brought from local shop. They don't have their own arrangement. Luggage we carried out own. In other hotel, luggage generally take by hotel boy. I have booked so many hotels through makemy trips but this was the worst. No kettle was available for morning tea. We bought it from outside stall. In one words, this hotel is the worst hotel in Bangoluru

It was okay enough to sleep in but the location was a little bad and it was less cleaned than what would be wanted

My recent stay at Mandara Comforts it was very nice atmosphere, room was specious and neat Cleanliness: 5/5 Room was neat and clean Staff: 5/5 Staff behavior is friendly Lacation is good and prime,

The room was not cleaned there were some leftover waste from the previous users , tv was not working, while booking it was mentioned there is a allocated parking area available but it was also not available. As my booked my stay for 24hrs from 10th Dec 12pm -11th Dec 12pm due to some issues I checked in by 10th Dec 8 pm and checked out 12:30 pm of 11th Dec still for the 30 min they charged me 500 extra . The receptionist was also not behaving good and not responding to the problems I informed them for the whole night I had to stay in that dirty room .

the room was not clean , they didn’t have a parking but while booking they mentioned parking available & for an extra 30 min after the chech out time they charged me ₹500 very worst behaviour & for a 24hrs stay i only checked in and out for only 13-14 hrs still they charged me extra

Room was dirty, no water, smelly bedsheets were not clean.

Overall good but it's not for family people's because of bar and reastuarant below and above the hotel

We booked the stay using make my trip and when we at place they not ready to accept the reciept and asked for multiple documents to confirm the booking. We checked-in by 10am and actual checking was at 12pm. They asked for additional amount of 350rs. Though we checked out around 9am next day. It would be good if the terms and conditions apply properly to every register service provider in makemytrip.

Hotel mandara comforts is a disaster for families and couples! the rooms are tiny with a queen-size bed that cannot accommodate three adults comfortably. To make matters worse, there's a noisy bar on the first floor, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Avoid this chaotic and unaccommodating hotel at all costs!

Good service well behaved from the incharge good location

Rooms doesn’t lock and with a local bar on the first floor is annoying, service is also very poor
