Review Of Manali Outskirts Villa

Very bad experience overall. Location is very good. Really outskirt location in manali. This is the location everyone dream t of. We have got very nice view of greeneries and snow capped mountains. View wise this is the best place. Hotel is very nice and clean. Bathroom is very neat and clean. Food was average. But you can get almost every food in this remote location. Hotel staffs are cooperative and friendly. Only one cons and that spoiled everything at end. As per booking confirmation mail in make my trip, it was clearly mentioned that complementary late checkout allowed upto 3hours subject to availability. But it was completely denied by hotel manager. We had our bus to delhi at 8p. M. Hotel staffs were constantly telling us to do the checkout at 11. 00a. M. Last night i informed them about the late checkout option in mmt, but they had no idea about that. After lot of request infront of hotel manager over phone, he allowed for 1 hr delayed checkout. He also have no idea about that late checkout option. Today's weather was very bad, it was raining constantly and chilled cold. They forced to do checkout in this weather. We had to wait at their cafeteria upto 6p. M. There were no guests in the hotel and as per hotel staffs there were no advance booking for today, all rooms were empty, but they denied to late checkout even at this extreme weather at this remote area. This is complete lack of humanity and professionalism also. This is not the way guests should be treated. If you are not able to provide late checkout then why did you write the complementary late checkout for 3 hours. That was a false promise.

The homestay is perfect. A hidden gem near manali

We have arrived 3 hr earlier, staff was really amazing they give us early check-in without any extra money, this property is in outskirts of manali but very close to nature, food is amazing, staff is so cooperative, i can't forget the morning view from the window. I recommend everyone to check out this place.

My experience was incredible. The property is very beautiful and the location is perfect to release the tension and work stress. With mesmerising mountains and river flowing you get the yummy food with lovely guide which is your host. I would surely recommend my friends and my family members to visit and stay at this beautiful property. Totally worth the money.

I had the best time staying at this property hosted by navratan singh or navi' as you'd start calling him once you get to know him. He's the most wonderful and accommodating host. Always responsive and keen to help. Navi is a consummate professional and also manages other properties besides this. The property is amazing. Merely 20 minutes away from the main manali-rohtang-leh highway. Situated on the outskirts yet so connected to the best places. A lot of great eating spots near the property. The best thing about the property is the 24/7 sound of the stream flowing nearby. Literally a 2 min hike. Feels like living in the lap of nature. The views are mesmerizing. A beautiful stream with cold water, all access to the people staying at the property. The property is exactly how i liked it- far from crowds and a isolated in a great way. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the beauty of the property. Extremely well maintained property with necessary amenities and responsive caretakers. I would 100% recommend this property for anyone visiting manali.
