Very poor hospitality...not prepared for the weekend activities.. Food quantity and quality was okay... Not worth the cost... 1. Location & Accessibility The roads leading to the property are narrow village roads, and there are absolutely no signboards to guide visitors until one reaches the gate. For the convenience and safety of your guests, please consider installing clear directional signboards at least 2 kilometres before the property, ideally at critical junctions. ________________________________________ 2. Guest Reception & Orientation On arrival, the check-in process lacked warmth and structure. No one offered a tour of the property or explained where key facilities—such as the swimming pool, cafeteria, bird enclosure, or activity areas—are located. Guests were simply escorted to their rooms. A welcome briefing or basic guide/map would be highly beneficial. ________________________________________ 3. Room Facilities The rooms themselves lacked essential amenities, which was quite disappointing: • No electric kettle for hot water or tea/coffee. • No soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, provided These are standard inclusions at any hospitality property, and their absence reflects poorly on the preparedness and guest-first approach. ________________________________________ 4. Food Experience The food experience was particularly disheartening: • The amount charged did not justify the quality or quantity of food served. • There was no readiness to serve guests promptly—even simple items like rice took 15–20 minutes after being requested. • The variety was minimal, and staff appeared untrained in customer service etiquette. ________________________________________ 5. Night Activities & Breakfast The campfire activity was unplanned and poorly organized, resulting in a lacklustre evening. The dinner was average, and the next morning's breakfast was extremely basic, lacking variety or effort.

Excellent place to stay away from city chaos. This farm stay has lot of greenery around with farm animals like cow, goat , rabbit, sheep, goose and other birds. We had a peaceful stay and heavy rains in the eve of the stay made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms were clean and modern. Welcome drink was superb. We opted for Hi-Tea and Dinner package. Hi - Tea was excellent and dinner had live pizza counter which was yummy and served well. Live barbecue was part of the package but it was not served live but was served cold although it tasted good. Complimentary breakfast was good except for idli which was little rubbery. Few more items can be added to breakfast buffet for variety. Geyser in one of the room was not working. As mentioned except for few things it was a pleasant and memorable stay. Will definitely come back again for a longer stay !!! 4

There were some issues related to dustbins not proper and tooth paste and brushes were provided only after asking.
