Review Of MAHARAJA GUEST HOUSE

We stayed in a suite room non ac. We usually don't expect much luxury while staying outstation but still as we book suite room this time, we expect at basic level like room should not be smelly and not dirty. But all we got is smelly room, seepage in walls and washroom door hard to close it. More over we felt it's overpriced for what we experienced there. Definitely not worth around 6k for one night.

Room is very dirty and washroom too. Flush was not working properly. There are lots of mosquito are there in the room. Staff was not active. Experience was very bad. Main market is too far from this guest house. There is no option for food. Swimming pool is average. Not so clean. I never recommended this guest house. Property was very very dirty.

We have booked a suite for 3 people. The bathroom is horrible. Very untidy. Water does not pass properly. The room is moderate. We have paid 9k but it's not worth it.

I could say many things went wrong. 1. Clean - hotel is dirty, bathroom is dirty. There was a lizards in the bathroom. 2. The extra bed provided was taken from the room. It was so old, smelly and wet. Not cot was given for the third bed even though i specifically booked 3 person bed. 3. I have also taken with breakfast plan. But they provided poha of some 50 grams. That is very cheap. 4. Utensils were not clean. 5. I think he also get commission with the cab drivers if we ask book cab. The cab driver took 1800 rupees for just a 20 km ride.

Rooms were old and alot of extra furniture was kept in it, they were charging a mineral water at 25 per head withiut any complimentary washroom kits, as a couple please dont stay here, you can find better rooms in lonavala with same price

Good evening this is karunakar shetty i was staying in maharaja guest house lonavala. The stay was pathetic. We came perfert on time for check the manager was overconfident in talking only. The rooms were not properly cleaned there is chocolate wrapper dust. Bathroom was so dirty smelly and pest inside like snail crawling on wall. Even the extra mattress which was given to us was standing in the staircase and given to us it was really embrassing. Only the location and hot water was perfect in the rooms other then that no towels and soap inside really bad. I cant recommend anybody for stay. But it is how it is.

Best in budget and location with parking what more do you want

They don't have food service available in this hotel

1. No of charging point i was told reception than give me extension bord. But we are use one time tv other tham charging. 2. Cupboard door was broken. We just request change the room. Reception person reply not available. We are not argument with hotel staff. We have no another options my bad luck. My request make my trip look and resolve this issues.

Room, bedsheet are dirty, wadrobe is broken. Approach road is muddy. Wheelbags can not be pulled in approach road. As we paid full amount beforehand, they have allotted worst room to us without caring for my being a sr. Citizen of 66 years. Worst experience.

Guest house was good, room was spacious, staff was cooperative, swimming pool good, overall we had a good stay for one day, best part we can order food from outside restaurant, cleanliness was good, location is awesome railway station and market is 5 min away. Will plan for the next trip again

The room was unclean and cockroaches were spread across including beds. Room maintenance was pathetic. Bad odour throughout the room. The only pro was, the hotel is nearer to lonavala railway station and approachable for sightseeing.

The owner is helpful. The rooms maintenance is average. Overall an average place for budget stay.

The stay was good. The room is good enough to spend the night. The hotel personnel also helped us organize our trip.

Hospitality is very praiseworthy. Near to station and bus stand.
